Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Tell us what happened and we’ll send return instructions. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized pieces

Personalized pieces are the one exception. Because each one is made to order with your names, dates or verse on it, we can’t resell it, so we can’t take it back for a change of mind.

But if it arrives damaged, or there’s a fault, or we got your personalization wrong, send us a photo within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full. You keep the original, and there’s nothing to ship back.

Please check your spelling and dates on the preview before you order — that preview is exactly what we engrave or print.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we’ll take it from there. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we’ve received the item or your photo.
