Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Personalization

You are responsible for the spelling, dates and wording you submit. We print or engrave exactly what appears on your preview. We may decline personalization requests that are unlawful, hateful, or infringe someone else’s rights.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Products

Our items are gifts and home decor. Colours may vary slightly between screens and materials. We make no claims about any spiritual, health or medical effect of any item we sell.

Intellectual property

Our designs, artwork, photographs and text belong to The Lily & Sparrow. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.
