We ship within the United States.

How your order reaches you

Most of our pieces — canvases, ornaments and other printed gifts — are made to order. We send your artwork to our printing partner in the United States, who makes the piece and ships it to you directly. Nothing sits in a warehouse; it is made after you order.

Anything we stock and pack ourselves is packed and shipped from New York’s Hudson Valley.

Either way, your confirmation email tells you what to expect, and tracking follows by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How long it takes

Made-to-order pieces: about 2-5 business days to make, then about 3-6 business days in transit.

Pieces we pack ourselves: 1-2 business days to pack, then USPS 2-5 days is typical.

These are estimates, not guarantees — production and carrier times can move, especially near Christmas.

Personalized pieces

Personalized pieces are made for you after you order, so they sit at the longer end of those windows. Your confirmation email will give you the date to expect.

If something goes wrong

Carrier delays are outside our hands, but lost or damaged parcels are not: if your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
